$225 per person for the 2022 AFL Midterm Forum.

This includes:

Special Dietary Meals/Food Allergies
Please indicate on your registration form if you need special meals due to dietary restrictions or food allergies. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your requests.

COVID-19 Protocols

Proof of Vaccination will be required. Individuals will be required to show proof of vaccination (minimum 2 doses) at registration. You will need to ensure you have a copy of your proof of vaccination downloaded/printed and be prepared to present it on the day of registration. There will be no exceptions made, except for bona-fide reasons.

AFL will be providing N95 masks to be worn at all times except for eating/drinking. The masks are the style that have an elastic to go around the back of your head. If you do not wish to use this style of mask, ensure you bring an appropriate supply of N95 masks.
